The Sing & Learn Chinese program enables people to learn the Chinese language and culture through the teaching, performance and exchange of Chinese songs and music. The program, involving Chinese language institutions interested in "Chinese + Music" programs, was launched by CLEC in 2020. Over the past three years, nearly 1,000 young people from 50 countries have created 370 Chinese music videos with 40 million online views.
