<p>Ice-skating is my favorite ice and snow sport because I find it very elegant and fascinating. It reminds me of the fairy tale movie &quot;Frozen&quot; involving ice.</p><p>Ice-skating has given birth to figure skating, which includes the performance of various jumps, spins and dance moves, as well as two forms of competition, speed skating and short track speed skating.</p><p>Ice-skating is a fantastic exercise that activates every muscle group of the body and improves the flexibility of our joints. It also can exercise the leg and abdominal muscles. Like any exercise, ice-skating is good for cardiovascular health, which promotes blood circulation and heart rate.</p>

<p>The Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics will be held in Beijing from February 4 to 20. Beijing is the first city in the world to host both the Summer Olympic Games and the Winter Olympic Games, and so it is known as the dual Olympic city.</p><p>The 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics will feature 7 major events, including skiing, skating, ice hockey, curling, bobsleigh, luge and biathlon, with 15 sub-events and 109 smaller events, which is the largest number in history.</p><p>Bing Dwen Dwen is the mascot for the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics, embodying the harmonious coexistence of human and nature. The heart shape on the hand of Bing Dwen Dwen means &quot;Welcome Friends around the World&quot;, and its name means purity, toughness, robustness and liveliness.</p><p>Across 5,000 years of Chinese civilization, Chinese characters are the most important genes that carry the most cultural elements, while Chinese calligraphy is one of the highest spheres of art in China. The emblem of the Beijing Winter Olympics, &quot;Winter Dream&quot;, is derived from the Chinese character &quot;冬&quot; and adopts the artistic form of Chinese calligraphy; its top part represents the skaters, the bottom part stands for the skiers, and the middle part showcases the rolling hills of China, the Olympic venues, the ski track and the ice skating course.</p>

<p>I am from Vietnam. For me, the Olympic spirit has a special meaning. The Olympic Charter defines the Olympic spirit as mutual understanding, friendship, unity and fairness. The principle of participation is the foremost principle of the Olympic spirit. The Olympic Games is a world-class sports event that combines the spirit of sports, nationalism and internationalism, symbolizing world peace, friendship and unity, which is the embodiment of the Olympic spirit.</p><p>The Olympic spirit emphasizes fair treatment and understanding of cultural differences, as well as fairness and impartiality in athletics. Only through fairness can any competition be meaningful, athletes from all countries maintain and strengthen ties of unity and friendship, and the Olympic Movement achieve its sacred goals.</p><p>I really like watching the Olympics. Athletes, coaches, sports officials and spectators from different countries have different skin colors, wear different costumes, speak different languages, have different lifestyles and express their joy and sorrow through different behavior. I can expand my knowledge about the Olympics and learn more about other countries&#39; culture.</p><p>From the athletes, I have learned to be persistent and patient in doing things and to work hard.</p><p>I hope the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics will go smoothly and I am looking forward to the different characteristics of the competitions.</p>

<p>Today&#39;s class gave me a better understanding of the current Chinese attitude towards sports, and the precise contribution of the Winter Olympics to building a healthier society. I noticed that more and more people are participating in sports. Not only do people enjoy participating in traditional sports such as tai chi, wushu, qigong, radio gymnastics, etc., but more and more people are interested in playing winter sports such as ice hockey, skating, skiing, etc.</p><p>China has widely popularized ice and snow sports. From the elderly to the children, from the northern part to the southern part of China, they actively engage in ice and snow sports.</p><p>Snowboarding is one of my favorites among ice and snow sports. I extremely enjoy the feeling of gliding.</p>

<p>Beijing will usher in a very meaningful event in February 2022: the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games. The long-awaited Winter Olympics has finally come.</p><p>On July 31, 2015, when Mr. Bach, President of the International Olympic Committee (IOC), announced that Beijing had won the bid to host the 24th Winter Olympic Games, hundreds and millions of Chinese people were excited beyond words.</p><p>The 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics are spread over three competition zones, namely Beijing, Yanqing and Zhangjiakou, and will use five competition venues: the National Indoor Stadium, the National Aquatics Center, the National Alpine Skiing Center, the Genting Snow Park and the Biathlon Center.</p><p>The 2008 Summer Olympic Games let the world know Beijing. I hope the Winter Olympic Games will let the world know the spirit of Chinese culture.</p><p>I am very much looking forward to the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics, and I am very grateful for this course, which gives me a better understanding of the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics. I hope it will go smoothly and be a success. Let&#39;s go together for a shared future.</p>

<p>My favorite sport is skating. I love it because it is a beautiful, unique and thrilling sport. I know that skating is very difficult, but skaters’ performance makes it very simple but beautiful.</p><p>I especially like pair skating. When I watch the competition, they seem to enjoy themselves and have fun. When they spin and jump, they do it so accurately. They glide gracefully, and their movements perfectly match the melody of the music, making my heart soar with them.</p>

<p>Winter is a season full of magic and miracles. I think the Winter Olympics is a wonder of the world. It doesn&#39;t matter who you really are; whether you are a spectator or a professional athlete, the Winter Olympics will bring everyone together.</p><p>The Winter Olympics will show us that well wishes can be as pure and beautiful as snow, and can melt anything, even the hardest ice.<br/></p><p>Graceful as a butterfly, bright as a phoenix, wise as a tiger, and handsome as a dragon: the Winter Olympics will teach people how to become what they want to be.</p><p>People all over the world will compose a great winter fairy tale, a fairy tale about the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics.</p>
